Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Credit Repair Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and credit repair services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Services Description

We provide credit repair services designed to help you improve your credit score by:

• Analyzing your credit reports from all three major credit bureaus
• Identifying inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information
• Disputing negative items on your behalf
• Providing credit education and guidance
• Monitoring your credit progress

We do not guarantee specific results or credit score improvements. Results vary based on individual circumstances and the accuracy of information on your credit reports.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be a resident of the United States

Your Rights Under Federal Law

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to:

• Cancel your contract with us within 3 business days of signing, without penalty
• Receive a written contract that explains your rights and obligations
• Sue a credit repair company that violates the CROA
• Dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, free of charge

Important Notice: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureaus directly at no cost. You may obtain a free copy of your credit report once every 12 months from each of the three major credit bureaus by visiting www.annualcreditreport.com.

Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

Our service fees are clearly disclosed before you enroll. By signing up for our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the payment plan you selected.

• We do not charge any fees until we have performed services for you
• Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same day each month
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

Refund Policy

You may cancel your service at any time. If you cancel within the first 3 business days, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. After the initial 3-day period, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered.

Late Payments

If your payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable late fee for overdue payments.

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your credit history
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
• Review your credit reports and notify us of any changes
• Follow our recommendations for improving your credit
• Not make false or misleading statements to credit bureaus
• Maintain good financial habits while using our services
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our services to commit fraud or misrepresent information
• Attempt to create a new credit identity or use someone else's identity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee specific results or credit score improvements. The success of our services depends on many factors, including the accuracy of information on your credit reports, the responsiveness of credit bureaus, and your individual financial situation.

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any false or misleading information you provide

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• By You: You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our services, and we will cease working on your credit repair. Any fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes, please contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state where you reside.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning our services.
